Step forward for Samp: Sansone cancels out Gilardino, it’s 1-1

In
days like this, the ant’s metaphor fits the bill. Against Bologna,
in green to celebrate the Earth Day, Sampdoria, walking with small
steps, makes another breakthrough towards salvation and gets closer
to a place in the sun for the next Serie A championship. A point –
because it’s really a matter of points – desired and hard-earned,
a right and really deserved 1-1 draw conquered in the hostile
“Dall’Ara” Stadium, despite the absences and the initial
disadvantage.

At the 24th
minute Gilardino is able to take advantage of a bad defense
positioning and marks the 1-0. In the second half Gianluca Sansone, picked
out by Maxi López, replies to Gilardino and scores the final 1-1. «I’m happy for the goal but, above all, for the point conquered – says the number 12 after the match -. I have to congratulate with
my teammates for doing their best».

and we would not have finished it until we know that during the next
