Sampdoria arrive in Ponte di Legno for preseason training camp
The Blucerchiati arrived in Alta Valle Camorica at 18:00 CET this evening for their preseason training camp. The team coach travelled directly to Ponte di Legno from the Shrine of Nostra Signora della Guardia, a Roman Catholic place of pilgrimage located 12 miles north of Genoa, where the Samp squad stopped off having gathered at the Hotel Astor in Nervi this morning.
In front of the Blu Hotel Acquaseria, where the squad will be staying for their duration of the training camp, the mayors of Ponte di Legno and Temù, Aurelia Sandrini and Roberto Menici, welcomed Walter Zenga and his band of Blucerchiati men to the area. The squad will kick off the camp with their first training session on Wednesday morning.
