Training match against Primavera, Sunday focus on the next match

The first part of Sampdoria’s preparation during the international break week ended with a training match against the Primavera team. On a brand new main field at the “Mugnaini” and under the watchful eye of the majority shareholder Matteo Manfredi, Andrea Pirlo’s blucerchiati defeated David Sassarini’s team 4-0 (two goals, one for each half for Askildsen, in between both Facundo Gonzáles and Esposito hit the chart).

Fabio Borini, Pajtim Kasami and Gerard Yepes underwent individual training; isokinetic and on-field work for Nicola Murru; indoor recovery session for Lorenzo Malagrida and Estanislau Pedrola. Tomorrow, Saturday, the team will have a full day of rest: an afternoon training session is scheduled on Sunday afternoon in Bogliasco focusing on the next match v Spezia.
