Lammers joins the team for training

Sampdoria’s morning training session on Tuesday was split between the gym and the pitch as the Blucerchiati prepare to face Roma at the Stadio Olimpico on Sunday.

Although Dejan Stankovic and his staff are still awaiting the return of Filip Djuricic, Emirhan Ilkhan, Mehdi Leris, Abdelhamid Sabiri, Tomas Rincon, Martin Turk e Alessandro Zanoli, they welcomed Flavio Paoletti back to Bogliasco, as the first player involved in the international break to return.

Sam Lammers was at the Mugnaini and joined the group for training. Andrea Conti and Manuel De Luca trained separately, while Emil Audero and Ignacio Pussetto continued their rehabilitation programmes.

An afternoon session is planned for Wednesday.
