Hotly-contested friendly in training

Sampdoria concluded international week by putting together an inter-club friendly match. Bartosz Bereszynski, Filip Djuricic, Manolo Gabbiadini, Tomas Rincon and Abdelhamid Sabiri were absent with their countries but Marco Giampaolo and his staff led a morning training session at Bogliasco. After a warm up the squad got stuck into a hotly-contested friendly match.

Harry Winks followed a personal schedule and wasn’t involved in the game, while Manuel De Luca carried on his personal recovery. Samp now take two and a half days off and will be back in training action on Tuesday afternoon to prepare for the Monza game.
