Double session at Bogliasco

Sampdoria took part in a double training session today at the Mugnaini.

Following a morning of gym group work the squad then headed out onto the pitches to work on tactics and take part in a small-sided game, under the watchful eye of Marco Giampaolo and his coaching staff.

As for individuals, Harry Winks followed a custom schedule and Manuel De Luca carried on his recovery programme.

Samp will be back in training for a double session tomorrow.
