Double session at the Mugnaini

There was a double session for the first-team squad at the Mugnaini in Bogliasco on Friday. President Marco Lanna headed to the training ground in the morning to visit the players and coach Marco Giampaolo, who led a tactical session on pitch two.

The defenders worked on movements in the defensive line, while midfielders and forwards worked hard on attacking plays. Technical and tactical drills were on the agenda in the afternoon.

Omar Colley had an individual session in the morning before joining up with his team-mates in the afternoon. Manuel De Luca rested ahead of medical tests on his left knee. Andrea Conti and Simone Trimboli continued their respective recovery programmes.

A morning session is scheduled for Saturday.
