Samp get straight back to work ahead of Juventus trip
Roberto D’Aversa’s Sampdoria squad were back at the Centro Sportivo Gloriano Mugnaini in Bogliasco on Friday morning to kickstart their preparations for the trip to face Juventus on Sunday lunchtime.
Doria will kick off against the Bianconeri at Allianz Stadium at 12:30 CEST.
At the training ground, D’Aversa and his coaching staff split the squad into two groups, with those who have been involved the most over the last two games against Empoli and Napoli having a recovery session.
The rest of the squad warmed up on Pitch 1 before training as normal, with club president Massimo Ferrero watching on.
Manolo Gabbiadini continued working on his recovery programme outside, while Valerio Verre and Ronaldo Vieira did the same. Mohamed Ihattaren had an individual fitness session.
Samp will have their final session on Saturday morning before departing for Turin that afternoon.
