Samp train at Marassi ahead of Coppa Italia bow on Monday

Roberto D’Aversa’s squad headed to the Stadio Luigi Ferraris to train on the pitch on Sunday, with just one day to go until the 2021/22 season officially begins for Sampdoria.

After an initial warm-up, the squad got stuck into a practice game followed by set play work.

Samp will have a final session in Bogliasco on Monday morning.

The Coppa Italia clash with Alessandria kicks off at Marassi at 21:00 CEST.
