President Ferrero and Colley join the team ahead of second friendly

There was another double dose of training for Roberto D’Aversa’s men on Wednesday, when they were joined by Massimo Ferrero.

The club president made the trip up to Ponte di Legno to offer the team his support as they gear up for the new season.

Omar Colley also reported in for duty at the sports centre in Temu – the first international player to return from holiday.

On Thursday the Blucerchiati will play their second pre-season friendly against Castiglione at 17:30 CEST. The match will be shown live exclusively on Sampdoria’s official social-media accounts Facebook,  Twitter and Twitch.
