Ponte di Legno: second day, first training match

Roberto D’Aversa ratcheted up the workload for the Blucerchiati on Friday, putting the squad through morning and afternoon sessions in Ponte di Legno.

The squad began their second day of training camp with some tactical drills and gym circuits in groups, before heading down to the river for the traditional post-session cooldown.

After lunch, all the available players worked together on technique and rondos before finishing with their first training match of pre-season, Morten Thorsby claiming the honour of being the first goalscorer of the year.

Another double workout at Temu sports centre is scheduled for Saturday.
