Ranieri names 23-man squad for Napoli

It was a case of applying the finishing touches in training in Bogliasco for the Sampdoria squad on Saturday morning ahead of the home clash with Napoli on Sunday at the Ferraris. At the end of the training session at the Mugnaini, Claudio Ranieri announced his squad of 23 players for the game, with Adrien Silva missing out through suspension and Albin Ekdal and Ernesto Torregrossa unavailable.

Goalkeepers: Audero, Letica, Ravaglia.

Defenders: Augello, Bereszynski, Colley, Ferrari, Regini, Rocha, Tonelli, Yoshida.

Midfielders: Askildsen, Candreva, Damsgaard, Jankto, Leris, Thorsby, Verre.

Forwards: Balde, Gabbiadini, La Gumina, Quagliarella, Ramirez.
