Parma build-up: morning session in Bogliasco, same again on Friday

Claudio Ranieri’s Sampdoria squad were back at the Centro Sportivo Gloriano Mugnaini in Bogliasco on Thursday to continue their preparations for Sunday evening’s trip to face Parma.

After a warm-up, the players worked through technique drills, tactical exercises and practice games.

Albin Ekdal trained with his team-mates for the first part of the session, before breaking off to do some planned fitness work. Alex Ferrari took part in some of the group session for the first time, then continued working on his rehab in the gym. Manolo Gabbiadini’s recovery work continued.

Samp will be back at the training ground on Friday morning.
