Vieira back in full training. Departure for Parma on Saturday

The squad was split into two groups for Friday’s training session in Bogliasco, based on the amount of playing time they have had recently.

In the morning, the players who have featured most heavily did recovery work on the pitch, in the gym and in the pool.

Meanwhile the others combined fitness work with technical and tactic drills.

Ronaldo Vieira joined in with the rest of the squad for the first time since his injury while Lorenzo Tonelli was involved for the second day running.

On Saturday, the Blucerchiati will train in the late afternoon and set off for Parma after dinner.
