Morning session at the Mugnaini, Saturday departure for Udine
The Sampdoria squad was split into two groups for training once again on Friday morning in Bogliasco ahead of the away clash against Udinese on Sunday. The players who were heavily involved in Bergamo on Wednesday evening did some fitness recovery work, while the others, including Alex Ferrari, underwent a full programme of activations and technical finishing drills and a small-sided match.
There were tailored recovery sessions on the pitch for Lorenzo Tonelli and Ronaldo Vieira. The squad will meet at lunch time on Saturday ahead of the journey to Friuli, where the final two training sessions prior to the match will take place.
