Brescia build-up: Samp continue preparations, morning session on Thursday

Sampdoria were back at the Centro Sportivo Gloriano Mugnaini on Wednesday morning ahead of Sunday’s Week 19 clash with Brescia at Marassi.

The players involved for all or most of Monday’s 0-0 draw at Sampdoria did some fitness work on Pitch 2, followed by individual work in the gym, while the rest of the squad – including Andrea Bertolacci – warmed up in the gym before getting stuck into a full session.

Edgar Barreto had a high-intensity recovery session, while Fabio Depaoli received treatment and physiotherapy. Depaoli is ineligible for the Brescia game due to suspension, as is Omar Colley. Alex Ferrari is continuing to work on the initial phase of his rehabilitation from surgery last week.

Doria have another morning session planned on Thursday.
