Jankto: “I’d have swapped my goal for a point”

Jakub Jankto couldn’t be happy after the game against Inter despite opening his Serie A account for the club.

“I’d gladly swap this goal for a point because we need points right now. We’ve only got three,” the midfielder admitted after the match.

“We are a bit worried about our league position, although we’re trying not to look at it too much – we’re only six games into the season after all. We’re sorry for our fans who come along and support us every week though.

“Now we have to go to Verona and start making up the points we’ve dropped. We need to recharge our batteries and get the win in Verona. It’s that simple.”
