Straight back to training in Bogliasco, Doria to travel to Coverciano on Tuesday

Eusebio Di Francesco’s Sampdoria squad were straight back in training in Bogliasco on Monday morning following Sunday’s 1-0 win over Torino at Marassi.

With the players involved against the Granata working through a recovery session, the rest of the players focused on technical drills and tactics at the Centro Sportivo Gloriano Mugnaini.
Gonzalo Maroni continued working on his recovery plan outside. Mehdi Leris trained separately as he returns from the flu that kept him out of the Torino game. Andrea Seculin received treatment and physiotherapy, as did Alex Ferrari, who has a muscular issue in his left leg.

Samp will leave for Florence tomorrow before training at the FIGC technical centre in Coverciano in the afternoon. The team will have a final session on Wednesday morning.

There will be no press conference for Di Francesco, who will instead speak exclusively to club media.
