Tactics and technique in build-up to Chievo, another afternoon session on Thursday

Sampdoria went through their second training session of the week this afternoon at a cold and windy Bogliasco ahead of Sunday’s trip to face Chievo Verona.

The Blucerchiati concentrated on technical and tactical aspects in a series of practice games.

Joachim Andersen and Gregoire Defrel stepped up their recoveries with tailored sessions outside. Emil Audero, Nicola Murru and Junior Taveres also spent the afternoon in the treatment room.

The players will be out for another workout tomorrow afternoon.
