Tactics and set-piece practice ahead of Udinese. Last session and squad list on Saturday morning

The sun was back in Bogliasco on Friday morning as Sampdoria pushed on with preparations for Saturday’s visit of Udinese.

After some warm-up exercises with and without the ball, the players were guided through a series of tactical drills and set-piece routines with their next opponents in mind.

Gaston Ramirez, who will miss the game through suspension, did some individual work in the gym and aerobic work on the pitch. Edgar Barreto and Jacopo Sala worked on their recovery in the pool.

Gianluca Caprari remained at Villa Montallegro following his successful operation on Thursday.

On Saturday morning, the team will run through their final preparations before Marco Giampaolo confirms his squad list for the early evening kick-off (18:00 CET).
