Udinese prep continues. Giampaolo press conference on Friday

Windy weather conditions in Bogliasco forced a change of plan on Thursday as the morning training session was put back to the afternoon.

Once out on the pitch, the Blucerchiati continued their preparations for Saturday’s clash against Udinese with a series of small-sided games focusing on different aspects. Karol Linetty resumed training with the rest of the squad, while Primavera youngsters Mohamed Bahlouli and Leonardo Benedetti were also drafted in.

Elsewhere Edgar Barreto pushed on with his personalised recovery programme and Jacopo Sala had physiotherapy.

The team will be back at the training ground on Friday morning for their next session, after which – around 13:00 – Marco Giampaolo will sit down with the media to preview the match.
