Back to training in Bogliasco; morning session on Tuesday

There’s little time for rest at this stage of the season, as Sampdoria came straight back to training this afternoon following the loss to Sassuolo on Sunday.

After a squad meeting, Marco Giampaolo and his coaching staff divided the players into two groups: those heavily involved against Sassuolo had a recovery session, while everyone else had a warm-up and then focused on technical and tactical drills.

Duvan Zapata had an individual workout after his return yesterday, while Karol Linetty continued his personalised recovery programme.

The Blucerchiati will be next out tomorrow morning for a session behind closed doors.
