Quagliarella back in training; behind closed doors Friday morning

Sampdoria continued their preparations for Sunday’s home game against Crotone with an afternoon workout today in Bogliasco.

After a warm-up to start with at the Centro Sportivo Mugnaini, Marco Giampaolo oversaw a session centred on technique and tactics, without a practice match to finish.

Fabio Quagliarella re-joined the squad and Primavera player Domenico Cuomo also trained with the first team. Luis Muriel and Jacopo Sala continued to work on their returns to fitness separately.

There will be a closed training session tomorrow morning.
