Double session today in Bogliasco; back out Thursday afternoon

Sampdoria continued their preparations for the home game against Roma on Sunday with workouts in the morning and afternoon today at the Centro Sportivo Mugnaini.

Marco Giampaolo and his staff organised the sessions according to positions, areas of the team and the individual needs of his players.

Primavera stars Denis Baumgartner, Jacopo Cioce, Giacomo Ferrazzo, Andrea Tessiore and Giacomo Vrioni were asked to join in the first team’s training to bulk up numbers.

Carlos Carbonero and Jacopo Sala continued their recovery programmes.

There’s an afternoon training scheduled for tomorrow, the last open session of the week.
