Video analysis and training in Bogliasco, morning session and conference on Wednesday

Marco Giampaolo’s Sampdoria squad were back at the Centro Sportivo Mugnaini on Tuesday afternoon as they prepare for their final match of 2016, against Udinese on Wednesday.

Before splitting the Blucerchiati into two groups, Giampaolo and his team led a video analysis session indoors. Those who played for all or most of the Chievo match then worked out in the pool and gym, while the rest of the squad – despite the wind and rain – had a high-intensity session on the upper pitch.

Emiliano Viviano continued working on his personal recovery plan.

The squad will train again on Wednesday morning, with Giampaolo set to meet the press for his pre-match news conference at 13:00 CET (we’ll have it covered on Twitter and Samp TV).
