Double session for Samp as Crotone trip approaches

Marco Giampaolo’s Sampdoria squad were at the Centro Sportivo Gloriano Mugnaini on Wednesday for a double session ahead of Sunday’s away game at Crotone.

The squad split up into groups in the morning session, dividing their time between the gym and a series of tactical exercises outside.

After lunch, the Blucerchiati had a longer session than usual, working through several practice games.

Karol Linetty trained separately for both sessions, while Matias Silvestre had a personalised session in the afternoon. Jacopo Sala and Emiliano Viviano received treatment, with the latter’s recovery proceeding according to schedule.

Long-term absentees Carlos Carbonero and Daniel Pavlovic both continue working on their recovery plans.
