Tactics, technique and finishing in Friday workout ahead of Sassuolo

The Blucerchiati have started cranking up their preparations Sunday’s lunchtime clash with Sassuolo, now just under 48 hours away. Marco Giampaolo gathered his troops at the training ground in Bogliasco on Friday morning for a session focusing on technical and tactical drills with some shooting practice to finish.

Emiliano Viviano had treatment and did specific strength exercises while Carlos Carbonero and Daniel Pavlovic pushed on with their respective recovery programmes.

The team will train behind closed doors on Saturday morning.
