Doria hone anti-Inter battle plan

Marco Giampaolo brought his charges together on the training ground on Saturday to continue preparations for Sunday’s visit of Inter to the Stadio Ferraris. The morning session saw the squad work with a particular emphasis on defensive and attacking moves.

Elsewhere Emiliano Viviano was joined in the treatment by Angelo Palombo, who is suffering from back pain, while Daniel Pavlovic and Carlos Carbonero continued with their respective recovery programmes.

The squad will reconvene on Sunday morning for another training session, after which Giampaolo will confirm his matchday squad.
