Double helping for Samp at training, internationals making their way back

Sampdoria went through their second session of the day this afternoon, as the international stars begin to report back for club duty.

After Karol Linetty on Tuesday, Patrik Schick and Milan Skriniar were next to return to Bogliasco, in time for afternoon training. The pair had a gentle workout following their efforts earlier in the week, while the rest of the squad focused on tactics and training games following positional work in the morning.

In the late afternoon, Dennis Praet also showed his faced at the training ground and went through a light warm-down session.

As for the injured players, Andrea Tozzo had physio and Carlos Carbonero stuck to his personalised programme.

Next on the schedule for the Blucerchiati is another training session tomorrow afternoon, by which time Bruno Fernandes and Luis Muriel will have returned and Marco Giampaolo can continue fine-tuning the game plan for Roma.
