Training resumes with group work, first session for Praet

The Sampdoria players enjoyed a well-earned day off following their weekend victory over Empoli, before returning for training on Tuesday in Bogliasco.

The coach and his staff split the squad into two groups for the week’s first session. Those who started against Empoli focused on recovery on the field and in the pool, while the rest had a full session on the upper pitch.

Belgian Dennis Praet was involved in the first part of training (warm-up with hurdles with and without the ball), while he waits for his transfer to be completed. He finished with some sprints on the lower pitch. There will be a double training session on Wednesday.
