Working Sunday for squad in Temu, another double session tomorrow

The rest day on Saturday flew by for the Blucerchiati players as Marco Giampaolo and his coaching staff put them through a double session today.

The squad spent the morning in groups switching between fitness, gym-work and tactics out on the pitch. The afternoon was given over exclusively to tactics and technique, with high-intensity drills on possession and building play. There was a practice match to cap off the day’s work.

Sampdoria have another two training slots scheduled for tomorrow.
