Pavlovic wants to follow in Ziegler’s footsteps: “At Sampdoria to do well”

Negotiations on Daniel Pavlovic’s transfer to Sampdoria were done and dusted in a heartbeat.

Last season, the Swiss defender of Croatian descent was up near the top of the rankings for assists in Serie A while playing for Frosinone.

“I’m a left back but I like taking shots on goal and helping out in attack, although my main job is defending,” Pavlovic declared in his first exclusive interview with Samp TV.

“I’d also like to do well here in Genoa like my compatriot and predecessor Reto Ziegler.”
