UC Sampdoria statement

UC Sampdoria can confirm that one member of the coaching staff belonging to the team group has tested positive for COVID-19.

In accordance with the protocol, the team group has now entered a secure bubble.

A new round of tests will be carried out on Thursday 18 March before training.

The club has notified the local health authority of the positive test result.
