Barreto’s contract terminated by mutual consent

UC Sampdoria have terminated midfielder Edgar Osvaldo Barreto’s contract by mutual consent.

The Paraguayan midfielder scored a total of five goals in 110 appearances for the club. President Massimo Ferrero and everyone associated with Sampdoria would like to thank Barreto for his commitment on the pitch over the last five seasons and wish him the best of luck for the next stage of his career.
