Mihajlovic gives Samp TV interview: “Ferrero is doing a great job”
“I’ll always feel at home at Sampdoria.” Lots of ex-players have said that before, but this time it’s slightly different because we’re talking about a former player and coach: Sinisa Mihajlovic.
The Serbian donned the Blucerchiati jersey for four seasons from 1994 to 1998, before returning in the dugout for a year and a half between November 2013 and June 2015.
On the day of his 49th birthday, Samp TV published an exclusive interview with the former full-back in which he discusses his relationship with legendary Samp coach Vujadin Boskov, taking free kicks with the Sampdoria faithful, his return to the club and the Garrone family and his friendship with Massimo Ferrero.
“The president is doing a great job,” Mihajlovic said. “The team are exceeding even the highest expectations and the fans have plenty to cheer about.”
Happy birthday, Sinisa!
