Tactics and technique on the menu today, finishing touches and conference on Saturday

Sampdoria spent the afternoon training behind closed doors in Bogliasco today as Sunday’s home match against Udinese fast approaches.

After a warm-up to get loose, Vincenzo Montella and his coaching staff had the squad doing technical and tactical drills followed by a practice match. Lorenzo Dotto from the Primavera side was called up to train with the first team.

Jacopo Salo trained individually, while Carlos Carbonero is still in Barcelona working on his return to fitness.

The players will be back out tomorrow morning for one final session before the Udinese game and Vincenzo Montella will hold his pre-match press conference straight after at 14:30 CET.
