Doria pose for team photo in official club suits

There was a full programme of events for Vincenzo Montella’s men this morning and none of it involved training.

Kicking off with a meeting on match-fixing, the Blucerchiati then moved out to the pitch at the Mugnaini and lined up… for a photo shoot in Sampdoria’s official formalwear.

Kitted out in their Alan Goglia suits and Bottega Martinese coats, the entire first-team squad posed for Pegaso Newsport photographers as two different types of photo were taken.

There was no shortage of joking and messing around as the players laughed their way through the shoot, snapping a series of selfies for their social media accounts.

After a light-hearted morning, it was noses back to the grindstone for afternoon training with Saturday’s visit of Empoli fast approaching.
