Cassani looking forward and demanding more: “Let’s see the same personality against Empoli”

Sampdoria have won two games in a row without conceding for the first time this season, a sign of unquestionable progress from the side.

Defensive utility man Mattia Cassani has analysed the current run of good form for the team and the defence, keeping an eye on the upcoming away trip to Empoli.

“It was important to build on the home win against Frosinone and we’ve managed just that after putting in a great performance,” Doria’s No.5 stressed to Samp TV. “We want to see the same personality on show at the Stadio Castellani as we attempt to pick up another good result because our journey has only just begun.”
