Four absent as training resumes ahead of Roma clash
Sampdoria kicked off preparations for Sunday night’s visit to Roma when they gathered back in Bogliasco this afternoon.
While the Blucerchiati involved in last night’s match against Torino did recovery work, the rest of the squad were put through their paces with a 90-minute workout.
Modibo Diakite and Jacopo Sala, who left the field with injuries last night, had therapy today and will undergo diagnostic tests in the coming hours.
Carlos Carbonero did personalised work while Lorenzo De Silvestri is continuing with his recovery programme in Rome.
Vincenzo Montella and the coaching staff have scheduled the next training session for Friday afternoon.
