Recovery and field work as Samp begins preparations for the trip to Bologna

Everyone was straight back to Bogliasco this morning to knuckle down ahead of the Bologna match. Sampdoria trained this morning at the Centro Sportivo Gloriano Mugnaini, with the squad split into two groups.

Those who featured against Napoli focused on recovery, while the rest of the squad followed fitness work with drills on tactics and technique.

Lorenzo De Silvestri continued his individual training programme as planned. The players will enjoy a day off tomorrow before a double session on Wednesday.
