Eder to Samp TV: “Ignore transfer rumours, let’s just concentrate on the football”

On 30 August 2015, Eder Citadin Martins notched two goals to allow Sampdoria to come back from the brink of defeat and snatch a key draw at the Stadio San Paolo. Now the Blucerchiati goal-machine wants to better that in the return fixture at the Marassi.

“It’s been a while since then,” declared Doria’s No.23 to Samp TV. “Napoli have proved that they’re very strong and deserve to be in top spot.

“Gonzalo Higuain is class, he’s one of the top five strikers in the world. As for transfer rumours, let’s just ignore them and focus on playing well.”
