Carbonero awaits his chance: “Train at my best to get to top of my game”

After a couple of substitute appearances, Carlos Carbonero is on the hunt for a starting spot in Sampdoria’s upcoming away match against Frosinone this Sunday at 14:00 CEST.

The Colombian attacking midfielder has shared his thoughts exclusively with Samp TV: “I always train as best as I can and I want to help out the team and the coach.

“The international break has been good for me to get into perfect shape. I’m not far off the top of my game, I just need the chance to repay the faith that has been shown in me. We want to win against Frosinone.”
