Coda returns, 90 minutes’ hard graft for the rest
Andrea Coda is back in training after completing the first part of his recovery programme at Villa Stuart in Rome. The defender had his first workout on the comeback trail at Bogliasco, under the watchful eyes of the coaching staff. While the centre half trained on the covered surface, Mattia Cassani and Joaquín Correa continued their respective programmes on the pitch. Lazaros Christodoulopoulos, Nenad Krsticic and Alejandro Rodriguez all trained separately.
The rest of the squad – joined by Lorenzo De Silvestri for part of the session – spent 90 minutes working on fitness and specific technical-tactical drills. The group will train for the final time this week tomorrow morning.
