Warm-down for those involved against Torino, hard work for rest of the group
Sampdoria head coach Walter Zenga brought his squad together for their first training of the week this afternoon, with the guys forced to work at double the pace in light of the midweek game against Roma on Wednesday.
To kick things off in Bogliasco, the players were divided into two groups. Those who got more minutes at the Stadio Olimpico in Turin went through a recovery session, while everyone else in the squad had an hour and a half of high-intensity drills.
The Blucerchiati will be back out tomorrow afternoon for one final workout behind closed doors ahead of the match the following evening.
