Shooting practice for Zenga’s men, Savona friendly on Thursday

Walter Zenga opted to work on tactics in both phases of the game with his players this morning. After a warm-up, the manager and his staff split the squad into groups, with the players retaining their bibs for the subsequent training games.

The squad ended the workout with recovery, followed by shooting practice. Lorenzo De Silvestri continued his personalised programme on the upper pitch, working on fitness and with the ball. Andrea Coda is still missing (in Rome for injury rehab), while Mattia Cassani has begun physio ahead of returning to competitive action.

The group will train tomorrow morning before a friendly against Savona at the Bacigalupo at 15:00.
