Soriano back in full training as Serie A opener nears

The Bogliasco treatment room is looking a bit emptier as the clock ticks down to this weekend’s Serie A kick-off and the good news for Walter Zenga today was the return to full training of Roberto Soriano.

The Italy midfielder rejoined his team-mates on the training ground this afternoon as the Blucerchiati push on with their preparations for Sunday’s league opener against Carpi at the Stadio Ferraris, a 20:45 kick-off.

Meanwhile Nenad Krsticic continued with his recovery programme and Joaquin Correa did exercises both on the pitch and in the gym.

The squad will report back for their next training session tomorrow morning.
