Morning training session in Pinzolo before free day on Saturday

After the 3-0 victory against Kalloni, Sampdoria gathered this morning at the Centro Sportivo Pineta in Pinzolo for a training session consisting of light gym and pitch work for those involved against the Greek side, while the rest of the Blucerchiati squad worked on another pitch with Walter Zenga and his coaching staff. Everything happened under the watchful eye of president Massimo Ferrero and sporting director Carlo Osti.

There was separate training for Finnish central defender Niklas Moisander, while goalkeeper Christian Puggioni and attacking midfielder Joaquín Correa underwent physiotheraphy sessions.

Tomorrow, Saturday, the squad has been given day’s rest ahead of Sunday which has both a morning and an afternoon session planned.
