Samp U19s on wrong end of big defeat at Sassuolo
It was an afternoon to forget for Sampdoria Primavera as they slipped to a 5-1 defeat at the hands of Sassuolo on Saturday.
The hosts were by far the better side as they established a 2-0 lead at the interval and made it three within 10 seconds of the restart. The Blucerchiati were unable to muster a fightback and their only minor joy was Bahlouli’s consolation goal 13 minutes from time.
The lads will look to move on quickly from an off-day and bounce back next Saturday when they host Juventus.
