Samp Under-19s crush Juve: 4-0!
Sampdoria Primavera bounced back from last week’s defeat to AC Milan with a scintillating display as they put Juventus to the sword on Saturday.
The Blucerchiati Under-19s were all over their Bianconeri counterparts from the start and took the lead after a quarter of an hour when Benedetti played a fine ball into the path of Soomets.
Samp goalie Hutvagner was forced to make a couple of save from Frederiksen and Moreno as Juve sought to restore parity but then on 36 minutes captain Farabegoli made it 2-0 as he turned Campeol’s powerful drive into the net with a backheel.
Benedetti added a third with a fabulous long-range effort on the hour mark while Bahlouli capped off a superb display when he cut inside and sent the ball beyond Busti for the fourth time of the afternoon.
Four goals, three points and a timely injection of confidence ahead of next Friday’s visit to Inter!
